Destroy the rocks blocking your path and speak to the man there to start up the Pokemon-Catching Challenge. Go to Ten Carat Hill and immediately make a right while on Tauros. There, a mysterious man will reward you with three Stardust. Use Y to call on Taurus using the Ride Pager, and smash all the rocks leading up the path with B. A girl to the left will offer to "take you to a nice place." Take her up on the offer to be transported to Mahalo Trail. Once leaving the Pokemon Center, make a right, and head all the way down to the line of Slowpoke blocking the road.
